There definitely some kind of problem with the OP CAP ac or either some incompatibility with his mobile device, he prove already that with this 4G router is getting the max speed(4G) so..... there is no problem with crowed or interference....

for 2ghz channel-width=20/40mhz-Ce

Make sure that you have disabled power saving on the Intel Wifi card. I have always disabled it. what happens when you put Pfsense directly to the ISP device it gets IP?
Yes, works perfectly.
so something that you are doing in Mikrotik device is you set up as bridge, 4011 will act as "transparent" try to do a factory reset without setting up default configurations.

The main question is? your ISP allows you to use your own ONU if yes you most likely you will need to provide the pon SN to your ISP so they can allow it in the OLT and add the SLID/PLID if they do not allow you to use your own ONU you will be stuck using their own device, or try to hack and spoofing.

Your scenario is

You have a WiFi device that is being the caps man and WiFi
And you have another WiFi acting as cap only and on this scenario the slave are not being added to bridge
Correct me if I miss understand you

Thanks for the comments, checked the provided doc, couldn't see anything that I hadn't already done.

I'm not using separate VLANs, I just want the new SSID in the existing single VLAN set up.
If you don't want to use vlan what is the point to have multiple SSID?

If P2P/File transfer is restricted in the company network, then it might cause problems with a lot of things. None of which would be MikroTik's fault. If you lose connection, how do you expect safe mode to remain activated? . Maybe if after the user, which started safe mode, gets disconnected ... and subsequently connects again before timer expires, the session would actually resume with safe mode activated and all? A simple flap on a interface (wan) cause safe mode to trigger...
So not always a brief loss of connection means that safe mode need to be triggered

it don't know if it's possible to be able to select a OVA compatible version, since your ova is generated on a newest version, so who use esxi < 5.5 it is unable to run it

raffav - What do you mean with "don`t show up either"? Be more specific. This fixed as written in changelog "invalid PPPoE server or client after reboot or "interface" edit". Did you upgrade device and you see invalid (red) PPPoE server or client interface? i thought that fix applied to my case too...

I think in a complex VLAN scenario with tagged/untagged use, one simply should not use VLAN 1 or not use it for something important. ^^ Exactly the reason I create and use VLAN999 on all of my switch to switch (or VLAN speaking router) links as the untagged VLAN. ***WARNING*** Attempting to disable or delete a bridge port corresponding to a switched port will will render the device inaccessible!! Only a reboot will bring it back. Happens on my CCR1009 and CRS226's.

Primo. Is it possible to just make funcionality of stacking Mikrotik's devices ? High-end ones. Then we can buy models with proper ports and stack them. No need for zyllions versions .... Secundo. Hi, had to go back to RC19, for some reason internet navigation was getting problematic , and webpage not loaded very well,
this happens only on office, maybe RC 24-25 changes something that my network didn't worked as supposed to work.
