Try changing squid address (10.0.0.81 to 172.16.x.x eg.) different from 10.0.0.0/24 src-address.

Be careful to test the partitioning. My RB450G no returned after that is done. @Markut, try a hardware reset, or netinstall. I have tested myself and it works. Also, if you manage to access the router after hardware reset, choose "force backup booter" from /system routerboard settings men...
