Re: Im having issues with UDP conns for VOIP being unreliable.

Please check the conntrack table in the firewall and remove any entries relating to the 3CX and the phones. Also very strongly I would ask you to check that the SIP ALG is turned off on the router. 3CX can be setup to use STUN to help resolve NAT issues however for a more reliable setup with static ...

Gigabit uses all four pairs on Cat5E cabling to get gigabit through, Cat6 and above cabling only needs the normal pairs thus providing "spare pairs" for the power.

Re: Private IP address usage statistics

Also Deejam I think if you are trying to pick a range to limit the number of collisions you have when working on customer systems with tunnels then I would advise you to avoid: 192.168.0.0/24 192.168.1.0/24 10.0.0.0/24 10.1.1.0/24 As those are the ranges I most commonly see around. Past that the bes...

Re: how to prevent hotspot hack by clients?

After looking at the video its a fairly simple mac address clone from looking up the arp tables of people in the network, picking someone who we guess is logged in and clone in their mac address and IP address and then use their existing login. Re: Pay for DUDE ?

How would payment work? per device count? per company? could staff then take it home and learn / use it at home? At the moment we have our main dude setup but ...

Re: New MT download pages

Do you really use that many MIPS-LE devices? Usually 90% of network consists of similar architecture. Maybe we are odd but one of the Networks we manage has a bunch of wifi AP's running on 500 series boards. so maybe 10% of our network there Then we have RB1000, 1100AH (and x2), and 1200 units. May...

Re: RB750UP + RB250GS

The simple answer I can give you is maybe. The Routerboard page on the device says it does have PoE. The Quick Guide said 18-24V. The Brochure says 9-28V. When I plug it into my 750UP (ROS5.20, PoE 2.0) it didnt power up initially. Then i turned on forced PoE and it powered up instantly, but got int...

Re: New MT download pages

I would like to put a call in and ask others to post their reasons if they want this as well. We deploy various architectures around our network and have various versions in play (for various compatibility reasons mainly) and I use the all download torrent each release to have a full database so I c...
