you can't loadbalance a link if you dont have control of both sides of the link. The best youre going to be able to do is route balancing

create access lists with mangles that set the routes for your dude server and then create static routes using that routing mark. Then no matter what bgp, rip or ospf does to your routing tables, the route to your dude server will always follow the same path.
