If it is a production unit, better wait. Say to yourself that v6.36 does not exist yet.I`ve got hAP ac with RouterOS v6.35.2. But there`re some features in v6.36rc which are interesting me. What will you advice me ? Update to v6.36rc or wait for final release?

Same here, since 6.35rc14. PPtP not working either. "Encryption method not supported" even without encryption. Opened a support ticket with supout (Ticket#2016030266000632).HAP ac on Version 6.35rc15 l2tp/ipsec is not working on windows 7. On 6.34.2 everything is working fine with same settings
I've tried to set manually 1000 base tx and full duplex on both sides, then ethernet stops to work at all!

Hammer clearly states that he has a 20mb/s upstream from ISP. What he cares about, is clearly the downstream.Upload test results 20Mbps on every device looks very suspicious to me.
I would say that your IPS put limitation for your upload traffic.
