The most-specific route will always be preferred. Isn't it?
You can set up a samba server by using a container...Hi,
Im just wondering why introducing 7.9 take too much time? :) Isnit gonna be revolutionary build? :) What you wish for?
I would like to see: seamless roaming including 800.11v, compatible samba with Hikvision cameras, thats all :)
Not only on ARM. They probably withdrew the build due to the problems mentioned above.On ARM: Check for updates: ERROR: file not found
Can you please explain this a bit? Any example use cases? Does it also affect the forwarding CPU spikes and lost packets on ARM when The Dude is running?*) system - improved system stability when receiving/sending TCP traffic on multicore devices;
What do you mean by "don't do that"? Don't connect via MAC generally or specifically for the upgrade? And why not?Since you connected through the MAC address (don't do that), it could be truly broken. Re-download and re-upload.
*) rb3011 - added IPsec hardware acceleration support;
That was.. unexpected!
Just a question without intention of doubting what you say: why use NV2 on PtP?*) wireless - improved Nv2 reliability on ARM devices;
The first point-to-point tests with nv2 on arm are not satisfactory. We will perform more tests
Can this mean that NV2 on 802.11ac will also run better?Reduced 802.11ac load on processor. This may reduce processor usage for other protocols too.Can you elaborate on this? What types of links are benefited and by how much?*) wireless - reduced load on CPU for high speed wireless links;

If it is a production unit, better wait. Say to yourself that v6.36 does not exist yet.I`ve got hAP ac with RouterOS v6.35.2. But there`re some features in v6.36rc which are interesting me. What will you advice me ? Update to v6.36rc or wait for final release?
Ok... Message received. Had to ask.much of this would come from the kernel upgrade and resulting compatibility issuestime it will take for 7.x to get reasonably stable
This is exactly what is it about.Pretty sure station roaming allows the MikroTik to roam when it is in station mode.... e.g. it does nothing if the mikrotik is acting as an access point.
After upgrading, the option has dissapeared from routerboard settings.Version 6.35rc40 has been released.
Changes since previous version:

*) winbox - added init-delay option to routerboard settings;
Same here, upgrading a hEX Lite board from RC19. Upgrade fails. Opened support ticket (#2016031066001081).When i Download and Install 6.35 RC25
My CRS reboot with Kernel Failure
I now use 6.35 RC21
it creates autosupot
I've tried to set manually 1000 base tx and full duplex on both sides, then ethernet stops to work at all!
Could someone help?
Thank you!
Ooopss! Just saw that both of them are there!Please add:
1. Ability to save connections in a list (High Priority).
2. Local/RoMON device discovery (Medium Priority)
Thanks!
What's CCQ? And makes it so good?I agree. I have been just using the CCQ and this product is better than anything else out there thats AC so I am forcing my self to use it even though we have no spectrum analyzer. Please mikrotik. We need it.
Yep! in the real world and with TCP I will get nothing like it! Buts it's interesting and fun to have a mess about.
Hammer clearly states that he has a 20mb/s upstream from ISP. What he cares about, is clearly the downstream.Upload test results 20Mbps on every device looks very suspicious to me.
I would say that your IPS put limitation for your upload traffic.
