Same Problem here. Tons of clients getting regulary "disco's" from metal. All RB33 working fine in same area with same Antenna.

Should we all contact Mikrotik support or is there any help on the forum for this?

Proxy-ARP only helps once an ARP request is made so the central router would need to decide which interface to ARP on before it can get any replies - proxy or otherwise. What interface is that IP on? I'm guessing you have a PPP client running, and the out interface is technically that routed interface, not the physical one it resides on.

the public ip is on an ethernet interface with a /30 transfer net to the isp.
