Hi, we have an ideal case in which we want understand the maximum capacity possible with mikrotik equipment: 26 CPEs (all ros >=6.30, 802.11n MiMo 2x2, SNR>=46db, all signals better than -70). 1 AP with RB711GA ROS 6.36.4, nv2, 20/40Ce, 5Ghz-only-n PtMP-test.png In auto we can reach 30-35Mbps of sec...

dynamic wireless channel selection with continuous improvement wireless mode (like mimosa and ubiquity does on their device)
Base Station and CPE with 802.11ac wave2 full support! Improvement of wireless performance from the point of view of: - sync(GPS) - TDMA - auto channel selection (base not only on information available on AP but also taking in decision the info from CPE (like spectrum usage) (like Mimosa promise) - ...
We cannot wait to long to understand what mikrotik will do about wireless performance and stability . The better tech it's now at the same price. So we need to understand what's the roadmap because without this we need to migrate to better performing tech. Considering this I can say that ubiquity ha...

Ok, I understand, my question is: there's a method to do the upgrade job automatically? also if needed interacting with a API or script but without the needing of a person that connect winbox to each rbs to do the license format conversion... Any kind of automatism can be usefull... Thanks for your ...
Ok I understand that I can't upgrade to 3.30 for client with old licences (more than 700) and that I NEED to connect to each client to do the client license upgrade, it's right? there no method to send a list of old keys to upgrade to mikrotik and receive the key files that we could send via ftp to ...
Hi, I want to update all my network to the new nv2 protocol (that I think is the near future of wireless 802.11n based broadband), but i need to use some script or automated method to update the client (CPE) that are more than 1000 (we have a set of script but the problem is the license upgrade). I tried to bond 2 ethernet interface with alb method (ROS3.22). I assigned one ip address for each bonding interface and now I have one 493ah with the ip 4.4.4.1/24/bondInterf and one with rb1000 4.4.4.2/24/bondInterf. I tried to execute a bandwidth test and I reach only 93Mb (with only one interfac...
I don't know if the problem is the same but... when I connect a linksys PAP2 Voip (SIP) adapter behind a mk router, connected to internet with PPPoE, I cannot get access from outside... why you doesn't use mikrotik as NAT device instead of dlink?
Using mikrotik you can set up a simple queue with pcq type. With this kind of que you can set a maximum rate and you can equally share bandwidth.
I Have reboot whit rb600 also with 3.10 and 2.15 firmware upgrade! HELP ME! I use 4 R52 Card. I see this problem only in 3.x version
I don't remember where I saw this but I remember that the default route cost for a OSPF entry is 110. I think that in older version than mine (I've 2.9.46) is possible to see the route cost directly from ip-> route (and also the internal ospf route cost). I will be happy if version 3 will restore th...
I'd a similar problem and I solve this issue in this setps: 1- create an account on mikrotik 2- login in my account 3- click on request key and put you software-ID (get from system->License) 4- select you license-key and copy it. 5- click on winbox->system->license and click on "paste key"...

You can also overclock your RB532 up to 333 or 400 mhz if supported (find howto in this forum)
I cannot upgrade or downgrade my RB532A. I upgrade to 3.0rc2 via ftp from another routerboard because I can't upgrade from single package prom web interface.
