Thanks for starting the documentation, becs. Would you mind answering a few questions about the exposed VLAN knobs? Does the "enabled" VLAN mode in 2.x check to see that the port is a member of the VLAN like the "strict" mode in 1.x, or just that the VLAN is configured on the switch like the "enable...

I just upgraded from 6.0rc14 to 6.0 final and found that IPv6 conntrack is not working. None of the rules appear to create state (in the Connections tab in Winbox) and reply packets all hit my default drop rules at the end of each chain, instead of the "accept established/related" rules. OP, since you're mainly looking to do L2 switching, you might be better served by an L2 switch than a Router board. Given that you already use Netgear "smart" switches in your network, it might be worthwhile to look at the GS108T, which is similar in price to the RB2011, and has an interface/managem...
