Re: separate internet access on one mikrotik; isp1 <-> lan1, isp2<-> lan2

That sounds good. i'll try it and share my experience with you.

Question:
Do I have to set up a source NAT rule (masquerade) for each LAN with the respective routing-mark?

thank you

separate internet access on one mikrotik; isp1 <-> lan1, isp2<-> lan2

I have a Mikrotik rb3011uias with the current firmware 6.46beta9testing. I want to manage up to 4 separate internet accesses on this microtic. ISP1 <-> LAN1; ISP2 <-> LAN2 .... I don't want bundling and load balancing. What is the simplest way to achieve this cleanly and transparently on the rb3011?...

Re: [Solved] Several internet connections on a mikrotik

Good idea. There are a lot of people who would like to get your useless routerboard... It is still being used, but it is no longer a firewall. Maybe I try it again or twice ;-) I was just annoyed because I did not manage to set up the router. The additional WAN connection I have needed however. Rosi

Re: mik--lan->ap--->repeater ap----->client( issues)

Mac address is layer 2. It is, if I understood correctly, only from router to router passed. For me, therefore, your network works. The router should only transmit its MAC address.

Re: Several internet connections on a mikrotik

Excuse me, I will not appear rude.
The fact that I must create Mangle Roules is already clear to me. Only I do not understand exactly which Mangle Roules I need and which I how to create.

I can not do that, unfortunately.
Anyway, thank you. I'll probably have to think of something else.

Mikrotik Firewall Basics

Where can I find a good tutorial which explains me firewall rules.

Concretely, I am concerned about the order of the rules. Which rules belong to the beginning and which to the end. Include INPUT, OUTPUT or FORWARD. In other words, they should all be (following) together?

thank you

Can't login with winbox to RouterOS v6.38RC10 x86 (VM in Proxmox). Logon with RouterOS v6.38RC7 x86 works.
Console Login from Proxmox works. Login with Browser (Port 80) works also.

Re: RB2011L - which port is used

I did not make myself clear enough. Sorry.
If I rename an interface with the Winbox, how can I then its physical location (eth1, eth2, etc.) determine? Where in the Interface List (interface or Ethernet) I can read what physical location has a renamed port?

RB2011L - which port is used

How can I determine the individual ports on RB2011L? I want to e.g. see on Switch1 the individual ports on their order. From left to right Switch1: port1, port2 to Port5 and Switch2: port1, port2 to Port 5. I just want to know their physicalische location so I can patch properly actually.
