The 24GHz is AirFiber (700MbitFD) but for me is ok 384Mb, and 17GHz is Siae and is around 400Mbit.
I need a bandwith tranfer from 350 to 400Mb

Ok, like I show my link are different 24/17GHz high bandwith this is the main link and 5GHz only for backup/failover.

We use mikrotik for all the network but for the main backbone now we can't use mikrotik and 5GHz we need 200-300MbpsFD. And other wisp have the same problem...

Ok thank you, yes also for me at the beginning we needed only 30Mbps but now much more. I plan to use 120cm dish.

I need to use a 17GHz solution for a 12Km link for carry stable 200Mbps FD in 5GHz high noise place.
I can't decide from ALCOMA or SAF, someone have experience with these brands, all the aspects from radio section to mechanical mounting?

No no, normally hotspot create dynamic simple queue according Radius user setting (upload,download), I want to create tree queue instead of simple because with tree queue and pcq I want to priorize Voip traffic.

yes, but I have a core radius server and routerboard with hotspot in each tower. Now every hotspot generate a dynamic queue for the clients and get the queue limit from the radius

waiting....
In my network I use a mikrotik with hotspot for each tower, and the network is in L3 with ospf. So I want to manage each client from a control panel like user manager. and I don't want a core router on the gateway with a lot of queue... I prefer queue on the mikrotik near the tower.

Hotspot & DHCP is correct, but I don't want to show captive portal...Like in my network I use hotspot with MAC autentication so I can autenticate CPE with radius but without showing the hotspot page , and I want to use the same schema in this case.

I try again, but nothing. I set the modem in bridge mode and the pubblic ip in teh RB , PPPoE I can't know the username and password.
I find a partial solution, I leave the zyxel in routing mode but I disable the NAT so I put 1 public IP to the ETH1 on the RB1100, in this way I is ok.

Yes I know, but I have an other link about 50Km with 2 POL dish that reach about 23/20 Mbit with nsteme dual.
I think that in a RB433 or similar the wireless card are too close.

I have a RB600 (ROS3.15 and 2.18 bios) on a tower with 2XR5 and 2SR5 on board (nstream dual with xr5 a normal wds with sr5), sometime 1 or 2 times a day crashes not reboot ,I have to unplug and plug power.

I look the comparison but I think that RB600 is more powerfull than RB433AH , for big packet 1500 byte there is a lot of difference from RB433AH. I want to use for NSTREAM2 and backaul link where there is al lot of traffic .

Strange, can you explain your test?
I want to buy rb600, next month I hope,for a PtP link with 2 solid dish dual polarisation (pacific wireless)
I think rb600 with two XR5 and nstream2 is the best solution, the rb600 is overclockable up to 533..is correct?
Is powerpc fastest than WrapBoard cpu?

I read some post that said about the very good performance of rb433AH@800MHz
but I look "RouterBOARD Power Series; Throughput comparison" and I see the performance of RB600 at 1500 packet
Is it true? Which is the maximum over-clock of RB600?

I should do a backhaul link (point to point - 8-9 Km) with NSTREAM2 and ubiquity XR5 pci-card. I want to obtain the best performace, now I see the new RB433AH , so I don't know if buying a RB600 or the newest RB433AH.
Some experience in heavy backhaul traffic?

I upgrade to ROS 3.5 and I loose signal on prism card , I try to make a scan but I don't see anything and nobody can associate to the card ..

RadiusManager-FreeRadius vs Hotspot bandwith shaping

I use Radius Manager with FreeRadius
I put bandwith limitation for some users in radius manager (like 256K) but when I login on my MT-hotspot I run full-rate , over 256K , seems that MT-Hotspot don't riceve the freeradius limtation.
What can I do? Where is the mistake?

I want to connect my rb532 serial port (console) with a siemens GSM modem for remote management. With rb500 connected to gsm modem when I try to call the modem , I have after dialing -"disconnected". I want some suggest about the best mini-pci card for 2.4 and 5.4-5.7 frq
I try cm9 and ubiquity sr5 but with other mini-pci card I have a lot of problem of signal quality and sensibility.

I want to try other card but I don't now which ..

I try with my old pc (Pentum II) with a ISA eth and win xp , netinst not work
Tomorrow I try with another pc.

With serial upgrade and all in 1 pack file I get "invalid upgrade file id

Yes...I use it . Nothing to do!
Somewhere I read to put ms*****.dll in the same directory of netinstall, but I don't know if it is necessary and where I can find this DLL.

DAMN Kernel not found I try netinstall on win xp but everything remain blank and I can't see MAC of my rb532 In rb532 bios I put boot from eth...protocol bootp I connect rb532 and my pc to a switch . On my pc i set ip to 172.16.0.10 (like in doc) and in netinstall .....5 but nothing: RouterBoard 532...
