yep, we didn't find out what is causing this behavior with conntrack active. in our friend case, the video posted can solve his problem.

just forgot to mention, we don't use NAT, and when this happens we see "firewall" eating all cpu's.

Yo BartoZ! we use 6.39 exactly because of this!! don't solve de issue, another ccr1036 same behavior, so i think this hardware is weak, just happens when conntrack is enable and we kick at least 200 pppoe sessions at once.

Here happens the same, weak hardware for tons of ppp. We disabled conntrack and this behavior gone. try this and post your experience.

Yep, I read and put an alternative!!

Using "Freeradius" You can insert into users file or into your default sql group.

But beware of "empty" username, they lock your router after a time. Enable default auth but reject blank username.

You can use freeradius and set "default Auth-Type := Accept" into users file!!!

Hi, I have a problem using option DHCPv6-PD to send ipv6 prefixes via pppoe, the option send the prefix and create the route, works well and hangs dhcp when pppoe conection drop. If I disconect normaly them dhcpv6 release the prefix but when hangs suddenly it simply stay conected and dhcpv4 stop too...

Have someone tested radius accounting with that version(6.8 jan29)?

Routeros 6.8rc1 isn't accounting the amount of traffic, on radius always have 0kB in database.

On x86, dual port intel(E82571EB) card not working properly on version 6.x(traffic and ping very unstable) on 5.x works fine. Intel 82574L works fine too on 6.x. Onboard broadcom BCM5717 previously not working on 5.x now fine with 6.x.

Same here with ccr1036, it works and suddenly stops for 1 minute and start worck again.Using dude to see interfaces(pppoe), when click on interfaces it shows all conected interfaces, if i click on cpu and them back to interfaces then snmp stop for 1 min.
