Re: remove mac cookie: multiple hosts with same mac

It might seem as a small issue but on a large building, with 2 Valans and hotspots this is a phenomenon happening many times per day. the result is that the user is kicked out and has to re-login, (On some phones the login page will not appear and a restart of device might be required to get the log...

Hello, I have noticed this is happening mostly with iphones. I have 2 hotspot servers on RB3011, user is added on both servers so its allowed to roam. Sometimes for no specific reason when reconnecting to the net - the host MAC appears double in Hosts lists ( 2 different IPs as attached ) When that ...

Re: Userman command to print user history FROM/TO

Have tried the following command in API but it gives error.

tool user-manager session print terse where from-time~"jun/24/2016" : returns error - incorrect syntax

If I try same command in CLI it gives data out.

Can someone help to give us the correct API command please??

switchport mode general on Mikrotik?

Hello :)

Does anyone know how to make an RB port act like the Cisco 'switchport mode general' which basically allows
to propagate both VLAN tagged and untagged traffic across switches?

Please let me know - thanks!

Re: RB 2011LS-IN & MIKROTIK GBIC PAIR S-35LC20D

Its ON and shows 1Gbps link on the CCR

CCR is not the problem

2011LS-IN is the problem as it doesnt see the SFP inserted - no details at all.

On CCR side it shows ok

Re: RB 2011LS-IN & MIKROTIK GBIC PAIR S-35LC20D

Any one can help on this ?

Maybe someone already used successfully these GBICs on some equipment?

Here is the product:

http://routerboard.com/S-3553LC20D

It clearly says supported on RB2011LS-IN

RB 2011LS-IN & MIKROTIK GBIC PAIR S-35LC20D

Hello everyone - My first post hope you can help me! :) I have CCR-1036 which can see the S-53LC20D module and show status and all. I want to pair it with S-35LC20D sitting on an RB2011LS-IN Now, the CCR in interfaces shows 'status' as full duplex and 1Gbps but on 2011 side I cannot see anything. I ...
