As far as i m concerned, those AP works really well and should be able to make wifi bridge up to 2km. So you should be fine, but maybe contact a salesman for that kind of information. I m pretty sure DUXTEL (australian vendor), has a tool online to check that kind of thing, you should give it a look...

Didn't think about the broadcast on the moment when i wrote that, thought about it after, so clearly eoip is not a good idea. I'll certainly go for a L2TP IPSEC tunnel between those two site and route the traffic.

The client on port 2 get the 141 dhcp as you can see in the config, and those on the 3 get the 142.

Everyone on the same subnet can talk to each other, there is no problem about that.
