Yes i can confirm that ..RB750:
Switch DES-1005P on any port mikrotik.
Auto Negatiation is ON.
Link at intervals of 2 seconds up...down...up....down...
Downgrade to 6.30.2 solved a problem,

On RB750 the high DNS usage , about 90-100% , downgrading to 5.25 with the same IP address on WAN and the same config solves the problem .
