Making several PPTP VPNs to the same destination from different machines on the local network (behind NAT) is not going to work.
Only one PC behind RB try connect to remote PPTP VPN server.

You can start by removing the ether10 port from bridge, or assign the IP address to the bridge.

If the RB configuration you posted is complete, then firewall is non-existing (and the device is thus open for any attacks). I know how to configure PPTP server on RB but on this configuration I can't connect from remote location.

Paste this inside one Console window, do not remove the { }, it fix all errors I see ..........

Nothing happens. It stuck on
{... /console clear-history; /system check-installation; /system reboot;

and nothing happens.

If you are more a GUI person, you can in either Winbox or Webfig go to IP>DHCP-Sever and click on DHCP Setup. It will guide you through the setup process.

When I install User-manager package, everything is OK.
I connect to Mikrotik via Hotspot, login with admin admin, then go to mikrotik Ip adress (not Hotspot) http://192.168.1.5/userman and I see User Manager. :D :)

Do you have another interface with an ip assigned? The hotspot interface tends to block any html besides the hotspot stuff. check if you have enabled http service in /ip services
check your firewall rule.
check if usermanager package is instaled correctly.
