I think we really need a bug fix.
This version 6.37.2 is not very friendly to the wireless DHCP part of the OS.

Just downgrade the MT OS to 5.26 and you well be able to start the Alfa. I used tplink 722n and it is working but can not get more than 1mbs. Also the link is working only when no encryption is enabled. Read the whole topic.

ok, I just want to upgrade that part of MT OS, which will not mess up my wireless (and keeping the usb wifi working). Is it possible to do this by iploading all new packages in "files", except the wireless.ipk and rebooting? Now I'm with 5.26, but need some of the functionality of 6.19, so...

Does that mean that the ar9271 is not "exposed"?Other reqirement are: the USB hardware must "expose" directly the Atheros chipset, no one "softwlan" is working on this way...

I've just installed ROS 5.26. So far so good-it works. I'm having some dificulties with the configuration, wchich are not problematic because of the usb adapter. The thing I noticed is the usb adapter is getting too hot, while using it. I tried to decrease the txpower, but I'm about to evaluate that...

Hello. I use RB751G-2HnD (6.13) I plug USB WiFi WN722N(chipset AR9271) Make restart. It appears in reosurces->USB as 1:2 ATHEROS USB2.0 WLAN 12345 480Mbps.
