I'm guessing this is what hit me too..i updated to 6.3 and few days after that did factory reset..and now i cannot access my box anymore via ip 192.168.88.1 or via Winbox.
I did write topic about this but it still is waiting for a mod approval.

Problem with resetting RB2011UAS-2HnD-IN
Hello, Few days ago i updatet my RB2011UAS-2HnD-IN from Router OS 5.x to 6.3. Today i decided to reset the router to factory defaults, and i did it via WebFig. Problem is, after that reset, i cannot access the router anymore.
