Awesome for home users.

@rzirzi: My current CCR1009-8G-1S-1S without SFP/Ethernet ideling around 18W and 23W with 2 SFP's + 5 Ethernet Connections. Most time my CCR running with one fan, i thinks that the PC model without fans is around 1-2W less.

I upgraded from 6.21rc to 6.22rc and the ccr got a kernel panic. i bootet the backup partition and recovered from that.

I used a handcrafted link to get 6.21, no issues so far.

Hi,

i updated from 6.20 to 6.21rc15 today. Got lots of Winbox issues. For example IP/DHCP Client, IP/IPSec, System/LED and some other categories crashing Winbox immediately. The Web Interface working without any issues.

You can find more about this in iptables documentation. It's a helper that rewrite SIP Header if you using NAT.

You should get more familiar with IPv6 before configuring your RouterOS.

The IPv6 prefix in the Wiki is just an example. Usually you get an /64 /48 prefix from your ISP if they support IPv6.

Installed 6.19rc6 on my CCR1009. I have dnat rules for mail and www. dnat rules involving port 443 never reaches the target host and just timeout. Going back to 6.18 solve this issue. Other ports work fine.

I had this issue with connecting ESXI to my CCR. Solution was keep auto negotiate on but only advertise 1000m. Without this settings, I get half duplex 100m and other unwanted speeds.

Do you encounter any other issues with 6.11? i have have issues with PPP dying on pppoe or l2tp disconnection. All services/connections that use PPP instantly stop working until I reboot the machine/router. On shutdown, I can see PPP timeout messages on the console. This doesn't happend on 6.11rc.

I got this after updating my RB493G from Ros 6.4 to 6.6rc1... after rebooting, all firewall rules got removed except nat and mangle.

My 493G not booting any more after upgrading firmware included in ROS 6.5 (from v3.08 to v 3.10). LEDs lid but no beeps or anything! Any ideas? Please help ASAP! It worked for me, new unit delivered with 5.25/3.05 upgraded to 5.26/3.07. after that I switched to 6.5 and updated the firmware to 3.10 ...

New RB493G Unit, updated from 5.25 to 6.5 and started with a new configuration. Importing certificates didn't work, CPU goes 100% and after 30 Minutes waiting it still at 100%, in files, I see a supout file appearing by itself (support debug log?). So no chance to get any certificates into my RB493G...
