R11e-5HnD x R52Hn

I replace a R52Hn by a R11e-HnD, R11e proved to well below R52Hn, 5-10 dB higher in the Tx/Rx Signal Strength, and be ccq below.

Someone else has already tested the R11e-HnD?

Re: Internet disconnection in the MUM Curitiba

Sorry to hear this. As far as I know, the hotel ISP can't do anything. Such is the internet in this city. For a few people it's ok, but when 1000 people come for the MUM, it struggles.
Normis, disconnect happened between the notebook and mikrotik ap.

Thanks.

Re: New Ethernet port flap issue enquiery, PLS JOIN!

As stated previously in this topic, to this date, we have not seen this issue in our tests, and have not been able to repeat it. Conditions like described, could arise from devices connected to the ports, cables, or other circumstances. The fact that since a specific version, RouterOS reports detai...

Re: 6.5 released!

I'm afraid to upgrade, it seems that 6.5 has more new bugs than correction of known bugs. I upgraded a few devices today including rb800, rb2011uas-2hnd-in, rb493g, rb450g, bunch of rb711ua-2hnd, rb751g-2hnd, rb751u-2hnd and everything works well .. at least for now. JF That is encouraging. Thank y...

Re: v6.4 released

@rajo, Thousands already reported this bug but Mikrotik insist in adding features instead resolving basic bugs like this. It seems they only will listen to the community and bug reports when they start to lose customers + Nv2 is problematic in a noisy environment, and still bad since its launch, ca...

Re: Bad signal level but good SNR....

here you could make a calculation of signal. If your AP sends at 1,6W and client have 40mw (as many laptop have) the result could be -80to-89 and -67 in the other side make a connect list rule, and don't allow clients with bad signal. Mikrotik is a nice hardware/software in 99% of all systems. But ...

I had the same issue today (http://forum.mikrotik.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=76347). After I disabled the snmp service, port flapping was gone. I use cacti for monitor only interface and cpu count. best regards, Patrick I had unchecked snmp service and still had port flaps, the port flapping have stop...
