You should also check the ARP entry on the machine used for management. It might be the device is not replying back - leave a ping to run and clear all MAC entries once you experience the weirdness. A packet capture always helps in these situations to see what's moving on the wire.

I have 2 wan connection from different isp, load balancing pcc. I want Google services ex: YouTube, Gmail,... only go through wan1. But both isp are using CDN with Google services. Hi, If you bridge port 8-10 and set up the dhcp server and hotspot on the bridge interface, it should do the trick.
