seems that this happens after you enter a new name for the session and click "save", yes? if you don't change session name, it should work. note that you don't have to save the session every time you connect. this save button is only for making a new (duplicate) session. don't click save ...

Problem

Doing the following crashes winbox:

Start winbox
IP ==> Web proxy
The click on access and winbox just closes
