Yes, you can relay DHCP request.
The only condition is that it your Client and DHCP server must be in same network. Please note that DHCP request only works in Layer 2 stack.

Ad-hoc test are different from real data traffic, at some point you can not go over computer internal bus/hard disk speed...

There are not 2 routers...

There is one router with the lan set to 192.168.47.0/24.

The device just has a static ip of 192.168.0.100. It did not get it's address from a router.

Does that make a difference?

If you have some trouble, use netinstall, if the device has protected-routerboard enabled, you must still press reset until the device appear on netinstall (from 20 seconds to 5 minutes)

i do not try the script, but on the scripts you can not use 1, 2, 3, 0, etc. but directly the service name like:

I understand, but actually I do not see any shared IP used by Facebook with another stand-alone service. This is different for Youtube, rarely sometime share the ip with some ADvertising from google (ehm... you notice "lista_ip_AD" ? All is started for block many ADvisors on the web as possible***)....

last two nat rule redirect all traffic, also the DNS traffic to proxy
the proxy is only http proxy, not work on this way,
and also you can not filter any httpS traffic like google, facebook, gmail, etc.
