You must add the \ before the ? to the path in the editor.
The script works - it's great because it is not limited to downloading entire lists, which cannot exceed 64k!

For secure one thing: the speed must be trough the Router, not from PC to Router,
because one thing are the CPU, used for test, one thing is the "switch chip" if the test is with router between two devices.

You have to change it within the sntp configuration.
If it's so important to you,
"create" your NTP server with the RouterOS add-on package and set all your clients to use that IP

You can create own chains and jump to...
/ip firewall filter add chain=custom ...
/ip firewall filter add action=jump jump-target=custom ...
no need two instructions,
simply first jump instruction on new chain create the new chain

Sorry, but on my country Static (Public) IP are Static (Public) IP,
otherwise are called Dynamic Public IP.
Also I have ALL my users with Dynamic Public IPv4/v6, but if someone want one or more Static (Public) IPv4, we rent for each one at 10€ for month.
Fixed (Public) IPv6 pool are free.

on dhcp server of the other device (probably 10.11.1.250) increase lease time from 14 min to max

if you can't act on other router:

I decided to install the latest RouterOS using Netinstall which effectively bricked my 4011 and hAP-ac2. They are in a boot loop and repeated Netinstall does not change anything.
