I've replaced the CCR2004 with a CCR1072 and it's running like a charm ! I hope that Mikrotik will soon consider making a premium hardware product line in parallel of the cheap hardware race ! RouterOS has so much potential, it's a shame that this software has no more premium rock solid hardware......

then why use Nv2 if you have better speed than non-ARM with nv2 ? Nv2 was made when devices were different and needed optimisations that are no longer needed. I would go a step further and put both networks on a VLAN. so remove the ether port that is connecting to the other routerboard from the bridge it belongs to and add an additional VLAN to that interface. For testing DON'T use both routers for generating traffic and see result on them.
Use another router/routers/PCs from both of sides which is generated traffic.
PC(bttest initiator) -----> test router ------> router (btest server)
And after that you can see real result only ...

There are several 3rd party solutions available already. This is only one of them. Be noticed (based on my own expirience) if you want use RB912/911, package not include Antennas and pigtails and you need to buy separately it ... And actually quality of this box very poor (feel like cheap device)...

From some other threads it sounds like the issue people are having with SIP, only I don't think I can use the SIP helper to resolve this.

Have same problem.. after updating to 6.17 died 951G and SXT5Hnd (about 12-13 hour was working correct),
SXT5HnD after netinstall is coming up, but 951G is still brick.
