This is a router and not a switch, so every port would make less sense. Still though, one switch group can have PoE out for 5 devices.

I was planning to upgrade my 2011s and 3011s, but the lack of USB and LCD is a deal breaker for me.
I didn't get the 1100, and it looks I will pass on the 4011 too. Will stick with the 2011 and 3011 untill I can.

I see a bad trend with the latest devices. No LCD on 1100AHx4, and none is visible on the 4100. Shame.

Unfortunately this is not a good option. The upgrade is too small and the traffic will hopefully get bigger.

It's not so small. Pure math:
CCR1009 has 9 cores 1GHz = 9GHz
CCR1016 has 16 cores 1.2GHz = 19,2GHz
(19,2 - 9) / 9 = 113% more.

If your load is not predicted to increase A LOT in the foreseeable future, get one CCR1016-12S-1S+ with the SFP modules and see how it goes.

If the fiber line comes with ISP provided media converter, then I would consider this:
