Have tried vhdx image for CHR 6.36.4, 6.37.1 and 6.38rc on hyperV windows 10 latest updates etc

Always get print screen below. No operating system loaded

Turned of secure boot for gen2

Any ideas?

Netinstall wireless-cm2 on hex lite for testing. Default select of cm2 auto ticks system not routeros-mipsbe? Cannot change. This is my first netinstall on hex lite so maybe normal or change has occurred in 6.30?

I use 2 x ssid "Fast WiFi" for 2.4 and "Superfast WiFi" for 5 Ghz. Easy to understand and encourages users on to the 5 ghz which generally performs better.

Each wireless interface within range of another (unless using a proprietary zero hand of solution like meru or ubiquiti) needs to use different non overlapping channels. How longs a piece of string? :D

I use a 2011 with CAPsMAN forwarding (NAT, general firewall, 2 data paths/SSIDs/sec configs and queuing) for a similar setup.

Works well.

Please consider what your using the 2011 for as these decisions all impact on 2011 performance utilisation.

Yes one way to get kernel error is through freq scan. Bandwidth monitor is another.

The kernel crashes are often but irregular in timing.

sometimes 5mins between sometimes 30 mins.

Winbox NOT discovering anything

Cannot discover any router boards new or old via IP or MAC using winbox 3 beta 3 or ver 2 Wireshark: only sends out ipv6 multicast on port 5678. No evidence of any other discovery message. Hi Nick,

I tried:

[admin@CAPsMAN] /caps-man access-list> print detail
0 ;;; Deny all low signals
interface=all signal-range=-120..-60 action=reject

but no success. As per screen shot quite a few -60 to -120
