Can you create one more algorithm which calculates number of week in a year?

In some scenarios I need to redirect inquiries of users to some DNS zones on local nameserver(s). How considers community, whether there will be useful a realization of such feature in the form of the list of zones, for each of which it will be possible to specify the list of the servers serving it?

The problem described for 6.12 is not solved: Upgrade from 6.11 cause stop IPSec communications. 6.11 can connect with 5.26 through IPSec, however some days later there is an error of "No buffer space available". 6.12 and 6.13 don't connect neither with 6.11, nor with 5.26. In this regard...

IPSEC was totally broken after upgrade from 6.11 and from 5.26. Comments in the changelog on need of changes in a config are absent.
