Re: User Manager Profile Issue

Hi Henry,

Same issue here. It doesn't seem related to your validity time.

It is, as soon as a user reaches any of the limitations of a profile, he loses that 'actual profile'

THis is very annoying and I don't know how to solve this.

Re: Restart Reinitialize Reset Renew Refresh a User's Profile

Same issue here and I haven't found a solution yet. When a user reaches its limit, he seems to lose his profile and limitations in the usermanager overview. However, when I try to connect with that user, I get an error message telling me that the user has reached its limits. So that works fine. Howe...

Re: Voucher template constants

I tried to use %u_limit_download_f% but that didn't work.

What worked for me wat the %u_limitdownload% which actually seems to be 'friendly' now.

Hope this helps ...

Re: Help Needed to show Download limit and used Bandwidth in status

Is there at least someone who can help me figure out how this can be solved without having to turn of CoA support?

Mikrotik Support? This sounds like a bug in the system... time to wake up please.

How to show data usage in status.html

Hi All, I'm quite desperate to find a solution for my problem: - I'm using the built in Radius server and Usermanager (v 6.41), to run my Hotspot. - I want all my users to be able to see how much they've consumed already of the 100GB data usage they're allowed to download. I want this to be shown in...

Re: Help Needed to show Download limit and used Bandwidth in status

The CoA thing does work but it's not a solution as I need the CoA support activated. Is there another way to have the Limit Bytes In and the Remain Bytes In working without desactivating the CoA support? Also, further testing needed, but it seems like Bytes In Nice only counts the bytes in during th...

How to let hotspot Users check their own usage

Hey, I've been looking for an answer and found some interesting topics but still no answer. I've set up a hotspot, but I want my users to check their usage themselves. I've limited their usage tot 50Gb / month. The status page (opens when logging in) tells me what the usage is for this session, but ...

HOTSPOT:IP Active User does not correspond to IP of pc

Hi, Not sure this is the right place to ask my question: I did set up a hotspot. I'm now connected to it with 2 different laptops. The RouterOS (IP->Hotspot->Active) shows me following IP's are connected to my hotspot: 192.168.88.252 192.168.88.248 When i look up my IP address on the PC (run ->cmd -...

Re: hotspot + account manager

I had the same problem: 'no valid profile'.

I had to make a profile in usermanager, than make sure the user (the one you want to log in on captive portal) is linked to a profile.

That did it for me!

Re: why doesn't NTP client accept named domains?

I think this doesn't solve the problem in the long term. The 0.asia.pool.nts.org link refers to a pool of IP's of NTS servers. This means if the IP of a NTS server goes offline, the domain (0.asia....) will automatically link to the IP address of another NTS server. The IP of the domain is dynamic. ...
