Tom, did you ever get to fixing the speed test server?
Having a similar issue on my CCR and it only works after a reboot for a while.
Says "connecting" "disconnected" whenever I try testing.
Read up about it and you are correct, airmax is baked into the hardware apparently.I think on new AC hardware is not possible disable Airmax. There is no posibility connect it (UBNT) with MikrotikLitebeam 5AC 2nd Generation
Found the issue, had two bridges on the first SXT. Such a stupid mistake that I want to bang my head on the wall.Weird indeed but loosing connectivity after link is established sounds like loop but may be something else

100% correct, it worked immediately.I think you should try using winbox alone, setting the nv2 password manually on the CPEs, the password in quick set may refer to wpa; go to Wireless > Interfaces > wlan1 nv2 tab on the CPE.
It works! Thanks a lot!Your nat is currently disabled :
Code: Select all
/ip firewall nat add action=masquerade chain=srcnat disabled=yes out-interface=ether1
Forgot to remove those. it's from our default setup. You have default-forwarding=no on your slave, change it to yes.
And why is your hotspot on the slave ?
Must i remove the wds1 interface?>>>Should the bridge ports be wlan1 and wds1?
>>>And what should the wds address be on the wds tab?
Do not add static WDS.
