Re: TX drops on CCR-2116

I'm having same issue with CCR2116 and other CCR .... All CCR habe both 10Gb and 1Gb interfaces. TX Drops happens on all 1Gb interfaces. Everything seems to be working correctly, but it’s not. Best way to "split" CRS 317-1G-16S+ into two switches

Hi. I have a CRS 317-1G-16S+ and I want to use por 1-8 as one switch and port 9-16 as another switch... I don't want hosts conected to port 1-8 to have any communication with hosts connected to ports 9-16. Which is the best way to do this? 1) Using port isolation or 2) Create two bridges interfaces,...

Re: Override port isolation for certain hosts

With port isolation, I mean the feature found in the SWITCH menu... there are 5 tabs Switch / Port / Port Isolation / Host/Rule

It's a CRS and I use layer2 for switching.... I isolate all ports but I need some hosts to connect to each other... ignoring port isolation.

Can this be done?

As you have wireless, two options exist how to bridge transparently over wireless network,
WDS and EoIP.
EoIP might create additional overhead, you can try with WDS.
When you say "you can try with WDS" you are talking (writting) about the example in the wiki? don't you?
