THANK YOU, I forget to settings DHCP Client ON LTE1.... By default it is setup on LAN1 port.
Now, work like charm. ~ 45Mbs dowload, and ~20Mbs upload. For my needs more then great.

I solve problem.... very easy solution, after 3 hours of trying all what I can think of...

Just mark option OPEN IN NEW WINDOW (on right side of WinBox window) and than try to connect to any RB, all work fine for me. All my RB are on 6.18
