You may achieve this with a link using 2FT ant and 70 / 80 GHz but not on 60GHz

What link are you using + RSSI in wireless / status
Also are you on the latest package and the router board firmware has been upgraded to match.

If you go to IP -> Services.

Select winbox and you can add the IP addresses you want to have access to winbox.
Maybe best testing with safemode first.
