Re: No CRS with redundand power?

Unfortunately this is not a good option. The upgrade is too small and the traffic will hopefully get bigger. With no new CCRs on the horizon (the last new model was 10 NewsLetter issues ago - issue_68/November2015) I feel like they are simply stopping the development. If I have no further upgrade pa...

No CRS with redundand power?

Hello everyone, I am a happy user of CCR routers. I get one CCR1009-8G-1S-1S+ shortly when they are announced. Then another. Then CCR1009-7G-1C-1S+. Then more of them... Re: Virtualization (XEN) and licensing and performance

wmvare would have better networking performance compared to XEN. We have a bunch of servers with 64-256 Gb of RAM all of them already running XEN. Adding vmWare to the picture is not an option neither installing RouterOS on bare metal. Also, XEN is lacking driver in RouterOS. you have to use some "...

Virtualization (XEN) and licensing and performance

Hi, I'm new on the forum but I have done a lot of reading and searching in the last few weeks but still unsure about my idea. We have a HA cluster with Xen and DRBD. In front of the cluster we have a RouterBoard as a border router. The load increases and the board starts to hit 100% CPU in peek time...
