Is it possible to make this option on 951: every time when somebody want to connect on regular wifi network or on the hotspot, to ask him for password everytime (for hot spot to ask for user and pass at every connection).

Is it possible to make script with capability for certain group of users that can visit only one address, e.g. m.facebook.com? If this group write any address in browser, they will be redirect to e.g. m.facebook.com.
