Dual PSU priority

Howdy,

do devices with dual PSU, like the CCR2004, have a priortity of which PSU is used ?

My case is one PSU connected to grid, the other one to an inverter (battery) . I certainly want to use grid power when avilable

Thanks

Re: Powerbox pro RB960PGS - no POE out on auto with some devices

Check that all the devices uses the same voltage. I'm powering a BaseBox2, a BaseBox5, an LtAP and a Bullet AC. Bullet AC needs to wait almost 3-4 minutes for powerup. Regards. all the devices use the same voltage. I can "forced on" the output then it works. However, it is not clear to me...

Powerbox pro RB960PGS - no POE out on auto with some devices

Howdy, I see strange interesting behavior with POE on the RB960PGS: POE is on auto, works fine for devices like hAP lite, Ubiquity nanobeam ( M5 devices) Connecting a Ubiquity Rocket prism or Powerbeam AC Gen2 - the board stays on "waiting for load" Using a hex POE, same model RB960PGS - h...

CCR1009 vertical mounting

Howdy,

is it "legal" to mount a CCR1009 with passive cooling in a vertical orientation? Say the cooling fins on the left ?

Thanks

2 IPs on one port - each IP NATed to its own port but same subnet

Howdy,

I need to "distribute" a wifi connection to 2 customers - each customer should be on his own subnet, but the subnets are the same. See picture/attachment, please
How can I achieve that - if at all

Thanks in advance

VPN forward to list of hosts only

Howdy, I have OVPN on a RB450. Only purpose of the board is VPN Now, when a certain client is dialing in, I need to limit this clients access to a list of hosts ( and only one port - say 8181, which is the same all the time for this client ) The client gets an IP from a pool assigned - within the sa...

Re: Tool: Realtime per IP traffic monitor for home/office

seems to be a great tool almost all I need. If I could get accounting to work However, when I turn on ip-accounting, I not even see traffic using the snapshot funtionality. I am using a RB450G, in this case pretty much as switch. eth1 as master for eth2 - eth5. I wonder what I am missing ... Thanks ...
