Automatic fuses/switches are killing powerline. Same as wireless through reinforced concrete.
Parallel cable runs help somewhat ... as does a window in that concrete wall for wireless.

start lose and high ping on wired connections.
also i can't update firmware to 6.19 from 6.18. router just accidentally rebooted right after i press update in inbox.

downgraded to 6.20. all fine.
