Re: v6.46.6 [stable] is released!

Downgraded to 6.45.8 (longhterm). It's a pleasure to work with a dude after 2 months of hell with "super stable" versions of the dude 6.46.4 - 6.46.6. How did you manage to make him such a disabled person?

Poor dude who just didn't break it ... With every update it's getting worse. :(
I want you to administer 100000 MikroTik to your dude using the built-in features.

Re: v6.47beta [testing] is released!

Dude is dead. Too bad but it is. Well why dude functions can't work fine ??? Does SNMP work? I have been writing features for 3 years. Everything worked. But then an update came ... Not a single error out of more than 10 tickets in 2 years has been fixed ... I haven’t seen more than a damn attitude ...

Re: Fighting spam with a standard firewall

Using raw firewall for a new user is a plain dumb idea. Re: Fighting spam with a standard firewall

Simply block port 25/tcp for all customers, only whitelist it for specific customers upon request. Nobody needs it nowadays, except a few people still running mail servers on premises.
Is something like this going to go?
/ip firewall raw
add action=drop chain=prerouting dst-port=25 protocol=tcp

Re: Fighting spam with a standard firewall

Can you be more specific on what type of spam you are concerned about?? How to autodetect infected or spammer users what criteria do you want to be blocking them based on? I was using Dude on my HexS with no issues until this 6.46.4 update. After several hours it is not possible to access via winbox or accept incoming connections as if the cpu were at 100%. There are currently no problems with schedules if they are built by SNMP. Ah, so you are saying that data collection is unimpaired, but data display by /tool graph (only) is faulty...?
