I got My DNS name, but when I am trying to log in into my RB 951 ui 2HnD it says wrong username or password why ??!!

I have access to my device I can log in via winbox if I directly connect it to my PC or wireless Via IP with my username and password but when I am try to log in from another internet network with the DNS name that I got it from cloud service it says wrong username or password that what I dont know...
