Hotspot to filter users behind a natted network.

I've installed a MikroTik router and configured it as a Hotspot server. All working great except for one little thing. I want to know if there is a way of authenticating users that come from a natted network. MikroTik only sees the router connected straight to it and not the clients behind that rout...

Hi, we found a cheap and very effective solutions for this. Please have a look at http://www.gsmsystems.co.za. We are using the 2x2N board and programmed it to sms us if there is a power failure and when the was power restored. You can hard reboot devices by cutting the power to a device via sms. Ve...

It doesn't disconnects, its gone! As if it were deleted. Even in the firewall rules, the interface reference is unknown. But when I reboot, it's back. It must be some sort of bug.

I use version 2.9.41 and there is about 4 tunnels out, and about 60 tunnels in, but only the out tunnels dissapear

You are kidding right? On your RB you can turn off default forwarding to stop clients on the same AP seeing each other. You can also use the firewall to block ports 135 and 443-445 to stop NETBIOS communication between PC's on different routers. Do you just want to stop users from seeing each other...
