In older posts I see that PowerBox Pro have the same processor that RB2011 and probably can be affected.

I use PowerBox Pro since ROS 6.40, then upgraded to 6.45, then 6.46 and now 6.46.6 and I never had problems.

It's a little fact.

Quality of cable is very important. Make sure that you are using only well known brands of cable (Leviton, AMP, Belden, Siemon, Panduit, etc). I'm not sure if it is a well known connector like u.fl, but you can try to connect a small antenna to it by some way and see if works. Probably works, it says that works with 2,4Ghz and 5Ghz antennas. The most probably recommended is atatch a dual band antenna to use both chains.

I prefer NetMetal 2x2, is more flexible. You can add different kinds of antennas. MIMO 2x2 is very popular and you have a diversity of antennas. mANT 120º is too specific design. NetBox is the same, but plastic (I prefer metalic case). NetMetal 3x3 if you not need it, choose 2x2.

If you can put your device more near of another cell tower. I saw that Vodafone in Germany uses Band 20 but also Band 7. Is possible that the nearest tower is using Band 7 and not 20. Uncheck the band selection and try again.

Another possibility is that LTE interfaces are not compatible with BaseBox. It was designed to use WLAN interfaces, not LTE. Is recommended to use a LTE device with these interfaces.

You are routing between your Mikrotik and your HP. Hotspot adds some rules on the firewall for the subnet that is stablish. Re: Hotspot setup with Mikrotik router and HP Core Switch.

Ok, if only one cable have all the traffic of your Vlan 100 on your HP switch, try to connect first the Mikrotik and then your HP Switch, the idea is separate the Vlan 100 network to do the hotspot, then use an unconfigured port on your HP switch to pass the traffic.

Use your HP switch as Layer 2, not Layer 3. Subnets, routing, firewall rules, etc. needs to be on MikroTik. Configure your port of switch that connects to Mikrotik as trunk port. Create the Vlans on Mikrotik.
