He is talking about winbox itself not the routeros.afaik use discovery interfaces.
Stacking, less daisy chaining of switches, redundancy, etcguys good iniciative
im curious in what scenario or topology will be an advantage 4 10g sfp ports over 2??
1+Yes, it fit inside. See this: http://forum.mikrotik.com/viewtopic.php ... 84#p458733
I am trying to get my distributor to replace it. So far no luck. Mikrotik, have anything to say about the issue and distributors saying that this is not an issue?i have experienced same issue. we got first batch of 6 and one failed. no light, no fan, no activity.
Our Virtual AP's are working fine. 2 are local forwarding and 1 is capsman forwarding.Virtual APs in CAPsMAN v2 re not working, discussed in thread http://forum.mikrotik.com/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=91002. It was also in 6.22.
Really!? Please explain, this should be good."ac" and indoor not sound good togheter...
It would be nice if the system identity also showed in the Registration Table under CAPsMANWe will think about this. We could show in the Remote-CAP section the system identity of the CAP. The only problem is about the naming as we have already the identity name used in that menu.
keep us posted!I know these posts aren't always seen as positive....but..... I have ordered a CCR1009-8G-1S-1S+ and fedEX reports they should drop it of coming Monday!
When it gets here I will open a topic so people can ask questions, get photo's, etc.
I don't think any distributors have stock yet, very few are even allowing pre-orders yet. According to my distributors they are just now placing orders for stock.help anyone?
Nope, its a DIN mount. RF Elements makes an adapter http://www.rfelements.com/en/products/b ... acket-912/Anyone know if the bracket that comes with the basebox will attach directly to UBNT style antennas?
???Only if you use 6.7....
I can't make mum this is our busy time now that its warming up here. Lots of installs. We could beta test one in a real world environment for you
Yes we plan to bring some demo devices.
We had similar issues with the original ones(non shielded), the newer ones are shielded and we have less issues.routeros has issues with gigabitYes I use them. Are they buggy? Which one do you recommend?
Nice try on disabling all the interfaces. That should get a few people.Find the "Fail" see image...
also i have found a nice Feature...
Klick on Interfaces on Winbox, Press [STG] + [A] and then [STG] + [D]
Nice Easter EGG i tried out on my Production CCR
In most places ATT only allows their modem (NVG510)Does anybody know a reliable true passthrough modem that works with uverse?
100ft max? We have plenty of runs 150+ with a good passive poe and they work fine. If your going very far don't use the mikrotik or ubnt poe's, get a good oneThat is also too far for passive PoE. 100ft (approx 30m) is about the max for passive.
+1You do realize that this is a MikroTik forum, right?
I can recommend RB2011UAS-2HnD, it is really a good quality device with very nice performance.
450g does not have poe out, it can be powered via poe on ether1. Ether1 can be used like the other portsCan I disable the poe capabilities of port1 on 450g?
Can be used as a normal simple port? I want to connect an access point to that port but I think a funny smell comes out of that port.
Use mac authentication and radiusIs there a fast way to mirror Access Lists between devices? Can it be done via radius or something like that? E.g. I have multiple access points that in a network and want to have a single access list that all access points use.
