You can do tha in the simple queue you have target adres and you can limit each address.
queue simple add target-addresses=1.2.3.4/32 limit-at=200000 
max-limit=200000

In 2.9 when setting up the hotspot the www port is not changed to 8081 it stays 80 so you can login with default winbox port.

The chipset I have mentioned can be found on http://www.mikrotik.com or contact sales@mikrotik.com and if you plan to conect on 30 km then you should use 16dbi sectors and 30dbi parabolic antenna .

Exactly I have premision to do this but what I asked is what equimpent should I use for e.x two 16 dbi sectors on base and on client side 30 dbi parabolic anntena or some thing else my question was 30 km away form the access point to connect a client . I think that was an misunderstand .

We are trying to build a base station which will work on 5 ghz we need an 180 degrees on about 30 km coverage what equimpent should I use .

We have an 2.4ghz ap in 800 mhz motherboard wiht 2.8.4 installed and I we have to much trouble .
At 1 mbps everything goes down we have 9 clients conected on it.

We are using the hotspotfor this purpose and we have about 70 clients conected and it works ok but I sugest you to use mikrotik as ap.

One of my client has a virus on computer, that router when its conected has hospot and its not loged in but when look on torch the trafic is about 1Mbps that router its limited on 512000 but I really don't know what its going on.
