You must change the IP on your PC, after that, change the IP inside the Hikvision with DHCP client, and restore DHCP client on PC. can you just solder the speaker to the board? Why should I rassberry if there is an easier way?

Port knocking is one or using the TikApp with reduced privileges.

I thought to use the knock on the port. this is really the easiest and safest way.
I just thought there might be another way, but it looks like it's not there.

I found a possible problem. in settings Wireless -> Access_List are the leaf access. Where indicated in the hand value of the Forwarding = Yes. if you remove the check mark (Forwarding = No), then everything is fine, the data exchange stops. Seems the problem solved.
