I stuck on the import step encounter with error Couldn't perform action unable to load key file (wrong format?) ! (6)

I have several Netwatch monitoring VPN hosts and notify me to Line Application Notification through HTTP API.
Sometime i received 2 notifications said UP and Down at same time. I checked VPN up time no lost connection.
This is irritated me
Any one have this problem
