Re: PPPoE upload speed problem

Okay, so I tested v6 (with and without downgrading the firmware and with different servers) on my CCR1072 at home, and to be brief, it did NOT fix the problem. I tried with just 400MHz CPU - with ( green ) and without ( yellow ) fasttrack: https://i.imgur.com/oBma1nA.png The 5gbs download is becaus...

I have a x86 box(with 2 intel i211) with Mikrtok v7(L4) installed. The tx and rx irqs are assigned to 1 cpu on 7.12rc, as a result, the CPU usage is not even distributed to all 4 cores. I do not know why its taking them so long to fix it - i asked multiple times and they cannot offer a date for this. Upgrading to v7 in general for TILE actually goes really smooth. If your employing IPv6 you need to add blackhole routes in order to advertise them. For IPv4 make sure network sync is off so that it will automatically add the blackhole routes for you. Make sure all peers have update source IP and av...

The problem of the ddos is the connection tracking overload. You need firewall rules to detect and add ip's in an address list and then block these in firewall RAW. This way it prevents the router from getting overloaded.
