Re: CHR - problem with dhcp-client after reboot

Hello, I can confirm this bug, dhcp client comes back, screwing up my routes for starters. If I disable it, another entry gets enabled after reboot. If I delete it, another entry gets created after reboot. Only does this if there is an actual dhcp server around the network I suspect. This is CHR why...

Re: CHR Performance issues with VRRP

Hi, I found the issue.
queue=multi-queue-ethernet-default needs to be activated instead of only-hardware-queue

CHR Performance issues with VRRP

Hi folks, I am having a weird issue here. Using CHR over 10G, initially works like a charm. Simple setup, just srcnat. However, as soon as I configure a vrrp interface, things get really messy. Re: RB3011UiAS-RM

I would be interested to install this at home as main router, in case its WAN to LAN speed is enough to fully take advantage of my 1 Gbps internet connection. Could somebody please help me test that using a PPOE WAN connection? Again sorry to intrude on much more serious discussions like IPSEC perf...

Re: RB3011UiAS-RM

I am getting 78 Mb/s with openvpn on this model.
Algorithm is aes 128 cbc

The CPU on the other hand is maxed out, and only core0. Core1 is free like a bird, so somebody needs to look into multithreading

Otherwise the router works very well apart from the vlan to bridge and bond complexity
