ABR originates the default route to the STUB area, even if the link to the BACKBONE is down. And the setting originate-default=never or originate-default=if-installed in instance does not affect at all...

Sorry, It was my bad, I found that two slashes (\\) was into key file. Apparently newer versions of ROS just ignore it.

It's an old and very clever rule for every software - never put in production new release before first bugfix subrelease, so in this case wait for 6.46.1 at least.
