SXT Lite5 AC and 5GHz

Hi guys, we have bought some SXT 5HacD 2n r2 but just two of them tested but not operate on our regular HiperLAN network (as station). Also with default configuration, where wlan1 is disabled and wlan2 is 5GHz and enabled, wizard start with 2GHz network... After various tests we had to turn back to ...

Re: Port flapping (ether6 link down/up) on RB3011UiAS-RM

After many days, RB1100 continue to logout and re-login immediately groups of users, some from a specific Ubiquiqi Rocket M (as described here http://tinyurl.com/zt7bja5). More strange is that we have different values A) CPE (XM and/or XW, with 5.6.2 or 5.6.5 FW) Uptime B) Connection time to AP (val...

Re: RB3011 Interface Link Problems

Sorry, guys. I think...it was solved, because after last setup of previous post, RB3011 was about 8h without problems.
But...now about 1 down every 4 hours, but there is. With identical configuration on RB1100 on the same place, no problems.
Attached screens.

RB3011 reset button

Hi support, why it's so strange on these machines? Procedure printed on manual for a "simple reset" http://i.mt.lv/routerboard/files/rb3011U-qg.pdf have no effect. Tested in all ways, but nothing. RB result is or blocked or starting normally (or, if more seconds, in ether boot, etc). Why don't have ...

Re: Empty host section

Update! Enabling "link downs" column, we can see about 3 disconnections per hour after last machine reboot.
Could that confirm an hardware failure?? Don't look at CPU % it was a rare peak, usually it is 7-25% max
Thanks

Re: Empty host section

There are about 250 clients on it. There is not a single event. Usually about 2/3 of them together.

Re: Empty host section

Yes, I know. On this RB I don't have any master/slave function because not interested.
But in other RBs there is no problem as the topic (disconnecting pppoe clients every from 30min to 5 hours) with also no master/slave function enabled.

Empty host section

Dear guys, 1 of our RB3011UiAS is disconnecting clients from pppoe and reconnect them after about 30 min or some hours. Analyzing on various sections, I have seen menu/switch/host with empty records  (other ones are all full of connected MACs). Does someone can help me? Regards Appunti Window...

Only port 8291 for winbox it seems impossible to access from external. I am sure, based on tests, that it's Ubiquiti that stops it,...

Thanks jarda,
unique problem is that it appears as not having that classic menu (we see hAP through last winbox 3.2) with master/slave option on interface/ethernet :(

hAP lite hardware switch

Hi guys, since we have some problems with some VoIP servers, we optimized them bridging internal customers' routers, but only hardware (in & out on same LAN switch). We want to use from now on this good AP by Mikrotik (http://routerboard.com/RB941-2nD-TC). Only after various (not extensive) tests, a...
