Re: Feature Request: 802.1X over ethernet

+1 for adding EAP to User Manager.
My smaller customers are interested in PEAP but are not willing to manage a server of any size.

FastPath & CAPsMAN?

Is a CAPsMAN-managed interface, in Local Forwarding Mode, capable of utilizing FathPath?

I've noticed local forwarding seems to have higher performance than manager forwarding, but still seems to be slower than a plain wireless interface in ap bridge mode.

Re: v6.36rc [release candidate] is released, wireless-fp package is discontinued!

I´d like to request a feature for wireless-rep package: - Is it possible to show the username (beside the MAC address) for all connected clients within CAPSMAN window? (It would be helpful to see on which access point a client is connected when users calling support and complains about connectivity...

Re: Some sincere thoughts about Mikrotik hardware...

I used the same setup in Bangladesh MUM with 650 people. We had one hAP ac, simply enabled Guest Mode in the Quickset. Basically default config. Worked very well. We had a flawless live video stream though the same device.
Impressive! Were you using the wireless-cm package?

Re: Some sincere thoughts about Mikrotik hardware...

The proof is in the puddle: to provide an example based on the same device you mentioned, Hap AC, four of them were deployed on last Ljubljana MUM conference hall, and each averaged 150 registered stations. Has MikroTik shared the configuration and RouterOS version they were using on those Hap ACs?...

Re: CAPsMAN 5GHz wireless channel problems

this problem will be fixed in the next release candidate version. The current way, 20 MHz channels, with options for additional extension channels (such as Ce or Ceee for a total of 40 or 80 MHz of channel usage) makes sense to me. What will the fix look like? Will 20 MHz Ce still allow for potenti...

Re: CAPsMAN v2 ready for testing

Are there any plans to specific data rates (ht-basic-mcs, supported-rates-b, etc) via CAPsMAN? I would like to be able to allow only 24, 36, 48, 54, and HT MCS 3,4,5,6,7,11,12,13,14,15 on g/n 2.4 GHz, and only HT MCS 3,4,5,6,7 and VHT MCS 3,4,5,6,7,8,9 on n/ac 5 GHz on hAP ac lite wireless interface...

Re: Change wireless propery on CAP managed by CAPsMAN

Related to this, I would like to be able to specify (enable or disable) specific rates on wireless interfaces managed by CAPsMAN.
